8.2 Program “Reconstruction and forecasting of intersectoral and fuel and energy balances”
The program implements the following functions:
- Formation of fuel and energy balances;
- Reconstruction of missing or incorrect data based on formed balances;
- Scenario forecasting of the fuel and energy balance;
- Assessment of the impact of management decisions on the development of the territory’s energy sector;
- Assessment of inter-fuel competition and the possibility of changing the types of fuel used.
