8.1 Program “Digital Twin of the City”

The “Digital Twin of the City” program is currently implemented as a constantly operating online service dtwin.city. At the same time, the Digital Twin software package can be deployed in the customer’s data center and provide access to the following application functions:

1. GET_HISTORY. Obtaining current series of historical and reconstructed facts for 400 basic and synthetic indicators.
2. GET_FORECAST. Inertial forecasts for basic and synthetic indicators.
3. POST_KPI. Adding time series of own indicators for inclusion in influence matrices.
4. GET_MATRIX. Influence matrices of indicators on each other.
5. GET_EFFECT. Assessment of the impact of investment project characteristics on basic and synthetic indicators.
6. GET_SOLUTION. Calculation of optimal solutions and characteristic values of typical projects for given investment volumes, target indicator, and constraints.
7. GET_INFO. Obtaining reference directories of indicators, locations, project types, and characteristics.
