8.3 Program “Digital Twin of the Pipeline”

The “Digital Twin of the Pipeline” program implements the following tasks:

Formation of a digital twin (reference model) of the technical condition of the pipeline system;
Assessment and forecast of residual technical resource and safe operation periods;
Assessment of the influence of physical and technical parameters of the pipeline on the residual resource;
Formation of an optimal operation program;
Online detection of pipeline leaks.

The input data for the program are:

Structural and technological schemes of the pipeline;
Pipeline operating modes;
Logs of defects and repairs;
Diagnostic results;
Measurements of dynamic characteristics of the pipeline (optional).

The results of the work are (example): - Conclusion on service life in the context of elements; - Recommendations for operation; - A parametrically described digital twin of the pipeline, ready for engineering and economic calculations.
