10.7 Conclusion
This chapter has outlined the goals of forming a digital transformation doctrine aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of a controlled system, as well as requirements for its individual components:
the digital transformation program;
the model-oriented management system;
the unified system development program.
The proposed components create a basis for designing and gradually deploying a model-oriented management system aimed at supporting decision-makers with instruments of objective control, assessment, analysis, planning, and programming.
The architecture of MOSU, like the integrated model of the controlled system, requires further specification. The author invites interested parties to cooperate in developing this concept through:
1) forming a library of mathematical models of socio-economic dynamics, specifying their input and output indicators and regulation parameters;
2) developing computational schemes for analysis, forecasting, and planning of system operation and development, and for implementing other management functions;
3) developing comprehensive modeling systems and execution environments for integrated models in the information space;
4) creating user interfaces for visualizing system dynamics, regulation, and management;
5) developing management methods based on comprehensive models.
